Iran's Petrochemical Commercial Company (PCC) has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Indonesia's state-run Pertamina on petrochemical cooperation.
PCC officials met with Pertamina executives here in Tehran
earlier this month to ink the cooperation deal and to discuss petrochemical
cooperation.
During the meeting the Indonesian side declared willingness
to directly import liquefied petroleum gas (LPG), gas condensate and bitumen
from PCC.
In return, PCC indicated interest to buy aromatics from
Pertamina.
Also, an executive team comprising representatives from the
two companies will be formed for planning enhancement of commercial activities
between the two firms and to implement agreements by them.
