President Hassan Rouhani said on Sunday that the western province of Kermanshah can be turned into the country's petrochemical hub.
Addressing a group of Ulima and war veterans on Sunday,
President Rouhani said connection of railway track to Kermanshah Province
marked beginning of major changes.
The President said the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action
(JCPOA) paved the way for progress and it is hoped to give way to great
developments.
